If you are a current smoker and are looking to quit, our Smoking Cessation Councilor is willing to help. With many traditional methods available our councilor will guide you toward choosing the right method based on your past medical history, risk factors and stage in the Quit smoking process. Our councilor won't stop there, counseling will include an analysis of what is truthfully stopping you from quitting, your fears, untraditional methods that won't cost you a fortune and can be just as effective, not just satisfying your nicotine addiction but your psycho-social needs, cravings and how you can re-direct that energy and those cravings.

The Individual Sessions and Group Sessions are scheduled on a frequent or spaced out basis depending on your progress and stage in the process. Frequency can vary from weekly to tri-weekly and monthly to bi-monthly and as you progress an occasional visit every so often to help you with any cravings or bumps in the road that you have experienced
