Course: ServSafe Food Safety Management Certification
For those that are looking to take a nationally recognized and accredited ServSafe course, we offer regularly scheduled classes as well as courses to groups.
The ServSafe Food Safety Management Certification Course is designed for those working in a variety of workplace settings that require the preparation and serving of food including restaurants, delis, hospitals and long term care facilities, etc. This course is based on the most current National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation guidelines for food preparation and management safety and accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

This course is available as an 8 hr or 16 hr course with exam at the end of the course. For those that cannot attend the scheduled exam date or for those that have taken the course at a different location and would like to take the exam through us, we offer extra exam dates for every course offered. To see if you need to take an 8 or 16 hr course check your local state and regional requirements. |
