Course: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
PPE- Personal Protective Equipment – For workers, employees, employers and managers that work in an environment that requires or encourages the need bodily protection from hazardous or life threatening exposure to substances such as chemicals, bodily fluid (Blood, feces, vomit), heat, UV radiation, Nuclear, Indoor air quality, ect. This course will assist employers that are required to provide and document annual training to employees who work around hazards as well as reduce workplace injuries and long term effects due to exposure.
The Personal Protective Equipment Course is designed for those working in a variety of workplace settings and positions including HR Managers, Safety Coordinators, Plant Managers and Small to Mid-sized business owners in manufacturing and retail as well as police, nursing facilities, long term care, hospitals, etc. This course is based on the most current OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for workplace safety. The seminar is offered to the public a few times a year with the majority of courses throughout the year offered to (one or a group of) companies that contact MSC seeking to have a course offered for their facilities.
