Course:   Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

PPE- Personal Protective Equipment – For workers, employees, employers and managers that work in an environment that requires or encourages the need for bodily protection from hazardous or life threatening exposure to substances such as chemicals, bodily fluid (Blood, feces, vomit), heat, UV radiation, Nuclear, Indoor air quality, ect. This course will assist employers that are required to provide and document annual training to employees who work around hazards as well as reduce workplace injuries and long term effects due to exposure.

The Personal Protective Equipment Course is designed for those working in a variety of workplace settings and positions including HR Managers, Safety Coordinators, Plant Managers and Small to Mid-sized business owners in manufacturing and retail as well as police, nursing facilities, long term care, hospitals, etc. This course is based on the most current OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for workplace safety. Our E-Learning course allows you to review the material and learn at your own pace.

  • Employers are required to provide and document annual training to employees who work in an environment that requires any type of personal protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, masks, respirators, gowns
  • OSHA inspectors are trained to interview employees about when and how they were trained
  • If employees cannot provide adequate answers, there is no documentation or insufficient paperwork
  • Fines can start at $7000 and can easily exceed $10000 for a mid-sized (30-50) employees

The Personal Protective Equipment Course can be completed at your employee's leisure for as long as it takes for them to complete the lesson. Each lesson can be returned to and reviewed until the test is completed at the end.
