The Hazard Communication "Right to Know" Course is designed for those working in a variety of workplace settings and positions including HR Managers, Safety Coordinators, Plant Managers, and Small to Mid-sized business owners in manufacturing and retail, etc.

This course is based on the most current OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines for workplace safety. Our E-Learning course allows you to review the material and learn at your own pace.

Hazard Communication "Right To Know" - Offered by Medical Survival Consultants in MA, RI, CT
  • Employers are required to provide and document annual training to employees who may be exposed to chemicals in the workplace.
  • MSDS, container labeling - The training format and other considerations make this an area of interest.
  • OSHA inspectors are trained to interview employees about when and how they were trained with respect to container labeling, the hazards of chemicals, and how to read an MSDS
  • If employees cannot provide adequate answers, or there is no documentation or insufficient paperwork, fines can start at $7,000 and can easily exceed $10,000 for a mid-sized company of 30 - 50 employees.
