Course: Bloodborne Pathogens
The Bloodborne Pathogens Course will assist employers that are required to provide and document annual training to employees who may be exposed to 'Blood and other bodily fluids' in the workplace.
The Bloodborne Pathogens Course is designed for those working in a variety of workplace settings and positions including Police Officers, HR Managers, Safety Coordinators, Plant Managers, and small to mid-sized Business Owners in Manufacturing and Retail, Healthcare Providers, etc. This course is based on the most current OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines for workplace safety. The seminar is offered to the public a few times a year with the majority of courses throughout the year offered to (one or a group of) companies that contact MSC seeking to have a course offered for their facilities.

Employers are required to provide and document annual training to employees who may be exposed to 'blood and other potentially infectious materials' in the workplace. OSHA inspectors are trained to interview employees about when and how they were trained.
If employees cannot provide adequate answers, there is no documentation or insufficient paperwork.
