Course:   Babysitting

Our Babysitting Course will assist safety conscious teens and tweens looking to earn some extra money.

Our Babysitting Course was developed by the American Academy of Pediatrics, BLAST! (Babysitter Lessons and Safety Training) is an important course for potential babysitters and parents considering hiring a babysitter. The BLAST! Course is exciting and interactive, providing extensive training in pediatric first aid, household safety, and the fundamentals of childcare.

The seminar is offered to the public a few times a year with the majority of courses throughout the year offered to (one or a group of) organizations such as the Girl Scouts and various youth groups and schools that contact MSC seeking to have a course offered for their students or members. This course is a featured program in our Connecticut locations as well as our office in Massachusetts.

    This course is tailored to the educational
    and age level for the majority of students
    present.

    Emergency Care and Safety Institute: 4 hrs.

    Optional: ABC’s of CPR at end: extra 1/2 hr.

    CPR Certification - 3 1/2 hrs. (save money and ask about current promotion)
